The Opinion points out that firstly, we should accelerate the integration and demonstration application of multiple fields, and select a group of demonstration projects with strong innovation foundation, market prospects, first mover advantages, and subsequent industrial driving effects in key areas such as deep-sea and offshore wind power, high-efficiency photovoltaics, new energy storage, green hydrogen energy, advanced nuclear energy, and low-cost carbon dioxide capture, utilization, and storage (CCUS); Secondly, we will proactively layout future industries, such as natural gas hydrates and next-generation nuclear power CCUS、 Basic research in fields such as ocean energy and geothermal energy, with a focus on breakthroughs in core equipment technologies such as large capacity floating offshore wind power, high-performance energy storage batteries, high-efficiency photovoltaics, low-cost renewable energy hydrogen production (ammonia, alcohol), biomass energy conversion and utilization, CCUS, etc; The third is to cultivate and strengthen emerging industries, moderately advance the layout of new energy infrastructure such as charging and discharging networks and hydrogen supply networks, and focus on improving the equipment manufacturing level of strategic emerging industries such as wind energy, solar energy, new energy storage, hydrogen energy, smart grids, and nuclear energy.
